When will my Sweets arrive,and how are they sent?

We aim to send out most orders within 24hrs of receipt and and payment authorisation being granted.
If there are any issues with your order we will inform you within 48hrs by email.
Delivery times stated exclude weekends & public holidays and are given only as a guide. We try to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible to avoid any delays. 

Note: Your total delivery costs will be clearly displayed to you before you are asked to enter any payment details, please select your delivery country on the view cart page, then simply click update to see your delivery charge. 

Please remember that the P & P price covers packaging not just royal mail's standard charge.

Please note all delivery times are estimates only, in some extreme cases for reasons out of our control please allow upto 14 days.

All deliveries require a signature on arrival.
If you are not available to take delivery, the couriers/Royal Mail will leave a card & re-attempt delivery the following working day unless you arrange otherwise, after this you will be required to collect from depot or arrange a redelivery at your own cost.

Please note: While 99% of orders are delivered in 3 - 4 working days and sometimes quicker, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of your goods, if you do need your item by a specific date please contact us before placing your order. For larger orders we use a courier and items are sent on a next day service, for smaller orders we use Royal Mail.

Items sent by courier can be tracked, however we obtain proof of postage for all orders we send out.

How do I know if my order has been sent out?
Once your order has been received and processed we will send you a confirmation email, if you have not received this email within 48 hours of placing your order please email us and we can forward an update.

Can I collect my order?
No sorry, at the moment we are unable to offer this facility.
