Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:
1.Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4.Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
5.We cannot accept returns that have been tampered with, or opened or any product that is custom made or specially ordered in. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
6.Please ensure items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.
7.You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning an item.

We recommend that customers return goods for refund or exchange using a reputable online parcel delivery company offering a range of courier services, or via a recorded means with Royal Mail.

after your return has been processed your exchange item should be with you within 3 days subject to stock.

I have ordered a custom or special order item can I cancel this order?
No, once we have received an order for such items we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
